REPAIRS UNDERTAKEN
Repairs carried out by TOYM are given a 90 day warranty on the repair which relates 100% to the repair undertaken and not to any other issue which may now arise. Any faults arising which are not connected to the repair will not be covered and will not be subject to any refund on the original repair.
Please note that we do not warranty against parts that have been damaged via physical or liquid damage, so for example if you have your LCD replaced and it cracks again it is not covered.
REPAIRS FOR LIQUID DAMAGE--VERY IMPORTANT. PLEASE READ WELL.
Liquid damage repairs are not covered under warranty due to the servere nature that liquid has on a live circuit board. Due to the damage caused by liquid on any electrical item, in certain circumstances the phone will not continue to work after our repair. Liquid damaged handsets may develop other faults once opened other than the problem that it has been sent to us for, unfortunately this is the nature of the damage, however we will endeavor to repair the faults within the stated price.
This is due to the liquid making contacts on the board and after we remove all traces of the liquid this can result in a total system failure after our repair. We have not control on this and hold no responsibilty on this type of failure. If chargeable parts are needed, we will contact you first. Please be aware that if your phone develops the same fault or others after the phone has been sent back to you and you would like it fixed again, then this is a chargeable repair.
PRICING ON REPAIRS
Whilst every care is taken to ensure correct pricing on repairs, we reserve the right to change a price in exceptional circumstances. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the repair (there will admin fee £10 charged if this is the case)
If we repair a device and no payment is received within 30 days the device is broken down for spares to defray costs.
DELIVERY
All packages dispatched by TOYM are sent through Royal Mail Special Delivery as they require a signature upon arrival and the package is insured.This is charged at £6.00.
Please note that to return repairs to anywhere outside the U.K. will be £10.95 (for standard weight) as we use the Royal Mail International Special Delivery service.
We do not accept any responsibility for any delays, loss or damage due to the Royal Mail Delivery Service but should you experience any problems then please contact us if we can be of assistance to you.
PAYMENT
We accept payment via Credit / Debit card and Cheques made payable to TURN ON YOUR MOBILE LTD, please remember to write your name, address & cheque guarantee card number on the reverse. We also accept PAYPAL and CHAPS/BACS payment
MINIMUM CHARGE
There is a minimum charge of £10.00 + £5.95 p&p if the phone is not repairable (£10.95 for International Special Delivery).
International delivery chargers are £10 plus £12.00 return postage

WALK IN REPAIRS
You may come in for a walk in repair, and the usual turnaround time is between 1 and 2 hours depending on how busy it is. Liquid damage repairs may not be able to be done on the spot due to the nature of the repairs.
